Keller prevails at Tri-City Raceway to score NASCAR ARCA Menards West win for Quakenbush

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (August 12, 2025) – Jan Quakenbush knew that third-year NASCAR ARCA Menards Series West driver Kyle Keller, a 20-year-old from Las Vegas, Nevada, would be a perfect fit for his Jan’s Towing Ford team.

Three times Keller had finished in second place during the 2025 West season. On August 9, the “almost” became victory as Keller won the NAPA Auto Care 150 at Tri-City Raceway in West Richland, Wash.

Keller’s maiden victory in the season also became the first for Quakenbush, a Glendora, California towing service operator and longtime friend of the Southern California motorsports community.

Post-race, Keller remarked, “The main thing was getting the opportunity from Jan. If it wasn’t for his equipment, his cars, my crew chief and the dedication of my team, I wouldn’t be here.”

Keller is second in NASCAR ARCA Menards Series West point standings, 14 points behind Trevor Huddleston, one of the competitors he vanquished at Tri-City Raceway.

Quakenbush, a 2025 West Coast Stock Car/Motorsports Hall of Fame nominee, is a former drag racer and has been the official towing service at Auto Club Speedway, Irwindale Speedway and currently Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway in Bakersfield, California.

“We at the West Coast Stock Car/Motorsports Hall of Fame are proud to see Jan, Kyle and the Jan’s Towing team succeed in the west’s premier stock car racing series,” said Ken Clapp, Chairman and CEO of the West Coast Stock Car/Motorsports Hall of Fame.

The NASCAR ARCA Menards Series West next compete at Portland International Raceway on August 29. The race be seen on FLO RACING at 7 p.m. EDT/4 p.m. PDT.
